The hotel's location near Kings Cross underground station was great. I also appreciated the variety of choices at breakfast (especially the pastries).
The room smelled artificial because of some carpet scent. This scent woke me up early one morning (around 5:30 am).

the room smelled strongly of artificial carpet scent, it bothered me all night. i had to keep the window open in an ATTEMPT to reduce the smell. this caused me to wake up early with a headache.

My family and i found the hotel to be in a superb location. it was very close to st pancras and king's cross stations , made travel very easy. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They really enhanced our experience. we also appreciated the clean gym facilities, which helped us maintain our fitness routine.

The buffet brunch included a very wide selection of items. I recommend the chocolate tart. the restaurant chefs accommodated changes to the menu for dietary needs and provided quick room service. i especially appreciated the willingness to customize meals.

My room was a superior king room sofa. It provided ample space and comfort for my family. the beds were very comfortable, i could get a restful sleep, and the cleanliness was perfect. bottled water was consistently restocked, it was very convenient.

The hotel has a well-equipped exercise room. It offered a variety of machines. there is a computer station in the lobby, made planning activities easy. the proximity to st pancras and king's cross stations is a big plus. all facilities met my expectations.

The front desk staff was quick. They accommodated our needs with a smile. the doormen were helpful with luggage and the housekeeping staff was consistently attentive. the staff arranged taxis at 4 a.m. for airport departures, very helpful.

Solid stay near St Pancras

the front of house staff were cute. the bedroom included ample space, which i appreciated. i liked the excellent location for train and underground travel, it was convenient. room service was prompt and the food was delicious.
the menu was somewhat limited, i found it difficult to cater to my dietary needs. the shower flooded the bathroom because of a plumbing issue, these things happen, though. i hope they fix it soon.
